Overlake Medical Center and Clinics interview questions

I applied online. Then, I got a call from recruitment, sharing how they want to give people "opportunities" who are looking for a healthcare career and then giving me a date for an in-person interview with the department manager. When it was time, supposedly, they didn't have me on the schedule but interviewed me anyway. They would call me for a second interview, but never. I waited almost 2 weeks for an update, but instead, they emailed me rejecting me.

Quick and easy process with a HR screening interview, followed by a more in depth interview with the team in person. I was asked about my experience and why I wanted to work on the unit I was applying for.
