4 rounds: 1 initial round with talent acquisition, the one day (3 interviews), two with analysts/senior analysts and one with head of HR. Full-time roles the last interview is with the CEO Dale.

Interview
A series of 5 interviews- the first one is a general one, then the others are more specific, like analytics, values, leadership, etc. They are pretty simple and you have opportunities to ask questions of your own.
Met with someone from HR and then three different people from the company. All mostly behavioral questions, and everyone was super nice. Felt more like a conversation each time then an interview because it was easy to connect with everyone.
