The interviewing process was quite standard, except for the 3rd round, which was a presentation on a payroll issue and then separate panel interviews with a technical recruiter, an HRBP, the VP operations, and the VP people (altogether this took about 3 hours). The presentation was quite nerve-wrecking as several people were asking you questions at the same time.
Several days after my third interview, I received a generic email template from the HR coordinator, informing me that they're not interested in me anymore. I emailed her back, asking her if she would have some decency to at least call me to inform me the news as promised, especially since I have invested so much time in the interviewing process. She emailed me back and said she'll let me know some available times. Unfortunately, I've never heard back from her. She seemed very junior and failed to deliver a good candidate experience.
