The AC was just a series of 3 live trading simulations. For each one you are firstly given a brief on a few basic strategies eg calendar spread then you do an hour of simulated trading. During that hour there are assessors walking around and asking about your thoughts on the market and why you have put on certain positions

Full day, 3 individual mock trading simulations, consisted of basically reading news headlines and making decisions based on those. The key being dont change your position if the situation hasn't change when you created your position. Each simulation was preceded by a presentation by a group of ex-BP oil traders, who ran the whole event
