They conduct a test without giving any prior information about the format and context based on that they judges. In the interview the ceo tried to manipulate and demean my achievements by saying you don't have any specific skills.
Written, face to face interviews with multiple people across the rung and trial period. How I would deal with a difficult field situation. These guys do a lot of field work and they know what to ask.
