I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Outdoor Lab Foundation (Wheat Ridge, CO)
Interview
Step 1 was a phone screen, Step 2 was an in person interview. Both of those were totally standard practices. When invited to a final round interview, we were given an assignment to prep for the interview that involved creating a 20-30 minute presentation on how we would work to reach 3 goals outlined in the strategic plan. This was easily a 3-4 hour task, with less than a week to complete it, and candidates were not being compensated for their work. I declined and withdrew my application because it felt like a lot to ask of candidates without guarantee of a job offer.

Question 1
Typical interview questions. One that I thought was unique was "What part of the role intimidates you?"
