Was contacted by a recruiter through indeed about an open position that aligned with my resume. Scheduled an appointment the next day for an interview. They called, but had no idea who I was or what job we were discussing.
Offered slightly above CO minimum wage ($0.50 /hr less than Denver minimum). I laughed and told them I had 10 years experience, and am grossly over qualified.
I can't imagine showing up as a candidate to an interview. "I have no idea who I am supposed to talk to, or what job this is for, but someone said to be here..." pay is well below comparable positions. Maybe good for entry level but not someone who knows what they're doing.
Also several job listings do not post the pay scale, in violation of Colorado law requirements.
