As long as you have a pulse and show up for the interview they will hire you. This company relies on the influx of biology majors coming out of college who have no work experience and will, out of desperation, will work as an independent contractor for 9.50 an hour which comes out to 7.60 after taxes. I wouldn't sweat the interview if you actually want this job.

Interview
Came in sat down, chatted about course work in college, and hobbies and interest. Outdoors interest were a plus. Went over what was required in the job position, and verified if I was willing to do the kind of work needed, as in walk through mud, carry a blower, be around livestock, use your own car for transportation, which was reimbursed as a certain amount per mile. Very casual interview.
