Oster & Associates interview questions

I received a call from the VP to set up an in-person interview. A week later, we met, and he did not want to hear about my background or professional experiences, but about my passions in life. I thought this was strange, but didn't think anything more of it. At the end of my interview, he asked if I could come in for a second interview to meet the PR Manager. It was rescheduled twice by Oster. My interview went well with the manager, but he never responded to me when I reached out to thank him. Nor did he when I followed up again, almost a month later, to see if there were any updates. The VP called me weeks after to ask if I could come in and meet the company's founder, and that they wanted to consider me for the role of Account Manager instead. I interviewed with her, after that interview had been rescheduled about four times. It was clear that she hadn't looked over my information, and it was frustrating that I had been jerked around only to have my time wasted by someone who was "seriously considering" hiring me, when they knew nothing about me. I had to send my resume and portfolio over multiple times because the team kept losing them. After my interview with the founder, I called to follow up, and the VP told me they were having a difficult time continuing the interview process because some shake-ups happened in their business and needed a few more weeks to get everything under control. I called again two weeks later, and he said they needed another 3 weeks. It's now been 6 months, and I've heard nothing, and the position is still open, according to their website. I was very concerned over the Glassdoor reviews I read regarding the company, and I ended up asking some pressing questions. I did not plan to initially, but they said this position had turned into a revolving door. The founder, VP, and manager all said pretty much the same thing, that new college graduates came in expecting immediate raises and better benefits within just a few months of working there, and left when their demands were not met.
