I applied for a position in Finance. The interview process was straightforward and well-organized. It began with an initial call from an HR representative, followed by an online Excel knowledge test. The final step was the interview, which was conducted smoothly. Overall, the process was simple and easy to follow.

Question 1
The interview was conducted by two interviewers—one from HR and the other from the Finance department. They had my CV on hand and asked relevant questions based on it, particularly about my experience in finance and my familiarity with cloud services for online document storage. Their accounting and finance system was QuickBooks, so having prior knowledge of this software would be an advantage. Overall, the interview was well-structured and focused on assessing relevant skills and experience.
Informal talk discussing my CV, background, and motivations for joining the company. Interview was with co-founder and a HR Rep. The interview took place online and lasted around 30 minutes.
It was a video interview which consisted of basic interview questions with a HR representative and line manager. Asked about previous experiences and motivation for the role I was applying for. Overall, a pleasant experience and lasted around 30 minutes.
