Stay away from this company and people. It is a sinking ship with a bold mission/vision but poor engineering culture and full of low-class engineers. You can judge by the product demo with full of errors and buggy features, and you kind of get more sense as you meet with their engineers. They are full of right-out-of-college engineers, and some hypocrites who are full of themself and set a very high bar of expectation so that it's hard to meet. You have to perform really well to win them like remembering the solutions in the coding tests. They don't look at your experiences, skills, other qualities but trying to find any minor negativity to reject you because they don't want to offer you the higher role. Trust me they are not FAANG but act as one. I strongly recommend the CEO and management team to look into this issue or your company will not exist in the next 10 years because you can't build scalable and maintainable products with these low-class engineers.
