I applied online. I interviewed at OrthoPediatrics (Montreal, QC) in Jun 2026
Interview
It was a 15-minute interview with the team leaders. They seemed rushed and told me they want someone to start ASAP. IMO 15-minute is very short for such interview, and I didn't get enough time to ask my questions. One of the interviewers was asking irrelevant questions and looked like she didn't read my CV at all. They seemed impressed by my CV and experience, and told me they will get back to me soon. However, when I contacted them 2 weeks later, I got GHOSTED.

Question 1
They asked about my experience writing regulatory documents.

Interview
Took 2 weeks, basic questions. They wanted someone at associate level to take leadership responsibilities with one year of experience 🙄. Underwent 2 round of interviews. Got a rejection email 5 hours after the final panel interview, asked for feedback, got none. So not very respectful of the candidate's time and effort. Can only imagine how they treat their employees
