Timing was good, great questions were asked, warm environment. Management explains their expectation of role. Opportunity to ask questions to interviewers. Good to ask about nurse turnover rate. Decisions are made within timely manner. Great place to work. Family environment. Great team morale.

You usually meet with the unit manager, educator and sometimes a staff member. The interview itself is not terrible. They do have a list of questions which they take turns asking. Although the questions make you think I didn’t find them terrible. The interviewers are very caring and make you feel comfortable.
