Pretty straightforward, basically they tell you how great the company is. They ask basic questions about why you want to work here, why would you be a good fit. They talk about the benefits a lot.
Just don’t be high and be prepared to make it your life as you’ll be working a lot of hours sun up to sun down including Saturdays and possibly on call

Over the phone about a 15 min conversation, I talked about previous roles, phones were ringing a lot so business seems pretty good. The man that interviewed me was really nice and informative. I would have taken the job if my wife wasn’t paranoid I would bring bugs home
