Started with an introductory call with one of the recruiters within the company where I discussed my background, salary expectations, etc. The usual stuff. From there, I spoke with one of the managers, where we dove a little more into my resume, as well as going over some basic technical questions to gauge my understanding of the tech stack they use.
Following that conversation, I was invited to take an Aptitude test. This was not a coding test, but something to test my problem solving skills, and it takes about an hour to complete.
Once that was wrapped up, 3 calls were scheduled during the next few weeks to speak to some other managers, as well as one of the co-founders of the company. All the conversations were 30 minutes each, and involved some technical and behavioral questions. All of the interviewers were pleasant and very easy to talk to, and they all seemed very enthusiastic about the company.
About a week after my interview, I was emailed letting me know they went with someone else.
