I did a phone interview approx. 20 + minutes long, was later schedule a in person interview, was instructed to bring professional references (letter of recommendations) as well as photo id and ssc. Entire process took approx and hour and a half

Interview
The interview process for the position of president supervisor was very detailed, and afforded the prospective employee the opportunity to realize their full potential, as well as the opportunity for upward mobility within the company. In my short time with Oriana House, I recognized the problems facing our society today and was instrumental in applying my knowledge toward a solution.

How did I believe my prior employment with the Federal Bureau of prisons would assist me in my position with Orianna house? Did I believe I would have problems differentiating between my former role and the new role?
