The interview process was fairly basic and mostly conducted over the phone. There was however there a very souring end to this interview process. Following a Skype interview I was asked to perform a practical test of skill that took several hours to complete. Once the assignment was handed over I was assured I would get feedback by the following week. Following several weeks and 2 follow up emails I got no reply. A company that can't even be bothered to so much as send a email in response to job applicants who have spent hours working on projects at their request is laughably unprofessional. I can accept not getting the position, but to not have the common courtesy to get back to people following extensive interviewing, testing and follow up emails says a lot about the company as a whole. I've said it before, and I will say it again. This is an absolute joke of a company and not one I would recommend doing business with if you value your time.
