Organic Valley interview questions

Interview process was fine. They are not 100% transparent on the job description and their internship program seems a bit disorganized. They house their interns over an hour away from the HQ in shared housing and expect them to drive together for an hour everyday for a very minimal hourly rate. I would advise them to do a 15-30 HR screening instead of only one interview. The interview process seemed extremely rushed. The person I interviewed was really nice and it was upsetting that I couldn’t accept the offer.
