Phone screening and interview also described the company, history and goals. Then an in-person interview with the managers and senior team members. Overall it was good, the people are really personable and the interview went both ways, they learned about me and I got a better understanding of the company / position.
The technical interview was the worst i've ever done.
After 5 weird minutes of whatever questions i felt really uncomfortable and i didn't want to be part of this team anymore.

I first did a phone interview that consisted mostly of generic questions as well as a couple on-the-spot technical problem solving questions. I was then asked to come in for an in-person second interview whereI met with three groups of people--designers, coders, and management.
