Orbit Developers interview questions

I was called for an interview and when I asked the gentleman that may I know the Position as I have experience in supply chain and operations. He said once you will come then we will discuss. Once reached the office all 3 candidates who were called waiter for 2 hours 30 minutes. 2 of the candidates were related to operations and only 1 candidate was from sales. The people who are calling for interview don't even go through resumes and then keep candidates awaited
