The second interview was a 1 hour video conference call with similar behavioral questions along with why did you leave your previous jobs and what do you want out to get out of the position and where do you see yourself in five years etc. The final on site interview was with 2 ppl and around 2 hours. The first hour was questions about work culture, what if scenarios and give examples from your past work experience. The second half consisted of a surprise "activity" which was a skills assessment test on excel proficiency and some questions regarding their CRM Salesforce. This should have been timed and done with the personality test to avoid wasting time. The employee giving it was hovering over my shoulder the entire time which felt uncomfortable but revealed more about the management style. If you watch a 20 min intermediate excel test tutorial on YouTube ahead of time you will do fine. Thankfully, I was not warned because I was definitely not a fit for this company.
