Round robin interview style. Met with HR, then a hiring manager, then job shadowed.
Employer seemed to be looking for new graduates that were willing to work mid-day shifts and abnormal hours.

Interview
There is an initial phone screen and then a second round Teams interview with the Admissions Director. The phone screen has traditional screening questions to get to know you better. The Teams interview is more in depth about your experience and if you are a good fit for the role.
It was a longer interview process and required me to meet with several people. It felt like there was a lot of importance placed on the position due to the lengthier interview process. I meet with a recruiter, then a hiring manager, then a current admissions person.
