There is a lot of work done by individuals. It feels like we're running with a minimum number of people. The company is run by management's arbitrary decision. A typical company that isn't bad but doesn't recommend it.

It wasn't strict but calm and nice. Hiring manager make candidate relaxed. You can receive fast reply. About 20 min maximum. Kindly answer about questions about job descriptions or anything curious things.
