I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Oracle (London, England) in Jan 2021
Interview
Straightforward and comprehensive. Great process. Not too difficult. Went through 3 interviews with a range of tech and soft questions. Interviewers where great, gave ample time for me to answer questions. Whole process took 3hrs in total. HR was great too.
Interview Rounds
1st Round – Talent Advisor
Introductory conversation. No technical questions, more like a friendly chat than a formal interview.
2nd Round – Manager Screen
This was a semi-technical session with the team manager. They asked me to describe what technologies I use, what I’ve done in previous roles and how would I respond to certain challenges
