I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle (Austin, TX) in Apr 2021
Interview
I applied for the job on the website and then a recruiter called me. First, we had a laid back phone interview that was mostly informational. Next, I had a Zoom interview where I had 3 back-to-back-to-back 30 minute interviews in which the interviewers asked mostly emotional or feeling questions. It was an odd experience.
