Got referred by a friend. The interview process was immediate and smooth and got completed within a span of 4 days since the requirement was urgent. Successfully completed all the 3 interview rounds without any prior discussion about expectation even though I tried asking for it. Had the discussion regarding expectation with the hiring manager in the last round. Thereafter did not receive any communication back from oracle. They just vanished. I had to ask my friend who referred me and was informed that the response is negative because my expectation does not lie in their budget. Totally understand that but at east would have liked to have a response back as a professional courtesy and rather not being deserted after the interviewing process.
