First of All, you have to show your presentation skills and soft skills.
And the Second stage will be answering lot interview questions.
And Finally, you have to pass the background check
Interview was a relaxed environment. Several STAR questions that focus on handling difficult situations. Not many technical questions. There were two 45 minute interviews and offer was given soon after.
