Majority is done online. You are lucky to get an on-sight interview. Much of the interview process is done online. Some may be done via teams or a phone call. If you don't answer the salary question within the range they want you are not moved on to the next step. It would be nice if they would just say what the salary range is instead of playing this stupid game.

Interview
There was a total of two interviews before hire. Both interviews made me want to learn more about the organization. The interview was with those Executives that I would be working with directly. They were friendly and engaging and showed genuine interest in learning more about me and my work history.

What has been your experience working with Executives in the Healthcare Industry?
Smooth and done in one day. Met with the entire team at once had one on one as well as a panel interview. Was happy I didn't have to go back multiple times. Professionally done.
