Interview
The interview process was a good experience overall. The HR representative was polite and made the first conversation feel comfortable. There were three main stages in total: first an interview with HR, then a technical interview that focused on my skills and problem-solving, and finally an on-site interview where I had the chance to meet the team and learn more about the company culture. The whole process was well organized, communication was clear, and everything felt professional from start to finish.

During the first interview, I was asked about my personal goals, my previous experience working in startups, and what I could bring to the company. The technical interview focused on adhesives and bonding, since my project experience was directly related to that area.

on line interview for 30 minutes, the manager is rushed and no patience. just ask some basic questions and no answers about my questions. I think they maybe not want to hire people soon.
