Not bureaucratic at all, felt like nice genuine discussions with a great team who wanted to invest in you and truly get to know you. Process required an informal discussion with Talent Lead, Snr team member interview and Line management interview. I subsequently requested for a session with a member of the ELT and another catch up with my potential line manager. All sessions really well planned, every accommodated flexible times and this gave good insight that the Leadership team dedicate time to their people to make themselves available. This company is certainly growing in the right direction and has some great leadership, I would encourage people to consider this organisation as a company which has a very strong position in the digital space.
