My first contact was a phone screen. I was invited in for a face to face interview with the manager and other members of the team. This was scheduled for 2 hours, but went almost for 3.
I was called back for a second face to face interview with the senior manager. This lasted 45 minutes
Three rounds, recruiter, technical and management.
Meaningful interview, balanced between technical questions and good conversation.
Opportunity to show the level and way of thinking, not just plain (googled) quiz questions like with some other companies.

First-round is a technical interview with the local leadership team, the second round is with global management, and third round is for negotiation. You need to wait for one or two weeks to get the result.
