Question 1
They will ask questions regarding the AR exicutive and medical billing related
I recently attended an interview for a non-voice process position, and the experience was quite smooth and structured.
The process began with an initial HR screening call, where I was asked to introduce myself, share my educational background, and confirm my availability for rotational shifts. The HR also wanted to know if I was comfortable working in night shifts.
After this, I was given an aptitude and grammar test, which mainly focused on basic reasoning, simple English usage, and email etiquette. The test wasn’t very tough but required careful reading.
The next round was a typing test to check my speed and accuracy. I had to type a given passage within a limited time. Accuracy was more important than speed, so I made sure to minimize errors.
Once I cleared that, I had an operations round, where the interviewer checked my problem-solving skills. I was asked a few scenario-based questions, like how I would handle incomplete data or prioritize multiple tasks. They also assessed my knowledge of basic computer skills, MS Office, and internet research.
Finally, I had the HR round, where salary, shift timings, and other company policies were discussed. They also asked about my long-term career plans and commitment to the role.
