Optimal Networks interview questions

Wow, just, wow. Posted job for a Chief Information Officer, scheduled interview, found out position was for a consultant, not a CIO. What does that role entail, you may then ask? Well too bad, you have to complete 3 interviews before you are told about the role. They outright tell you that their interview process requires a significant time commitment from their applicants, but also that you are expected to commit to that time without having any description of what the role is. They advertise that a 'culture' fit is important to them, and if part of their culture is being this disrespectful with the time of their applicants, I felt comfortable passing on further interviews.
