1. Phone screen - with HR
2. Phone Screen 2 - with the hiring manager
3. Phone screen 3 with the hiring manager and a Principal Engineer, and had to do a 1-hour presentation on past work,
4. Onsite interview 1 with the same 1-hour presentation, which I had to do twice.
5. Onsite interview 2 where I was given only 90 minutes to work with drives that I was unfamiliar with but would have understood easily with more time. This was followed by a design review of what I worked on.
After all that, it took them 5 interviews and 3 presentations to detemine that my skills didn't match their opening,
