After sending an resume into the company, I scheduled for an interview. Upon arrival the Manager of the division and the Human resource Manager introduced themselves. The interview felt a bit like a ping pong game as the Manager of the division was asking technical questions and the Human resource Manager was asking more personal questions, but it was one technical, one personal then technical and so forth. At the end of the interview we just sat there for a few min staring at each other, finially the Manager of the division thank me for my time the interview. I figured the interview was over but not so as just before I headed out the door, the Manager of the division asked me if Ilike to have a tour of the place. I said yes and the tour happened, where I met most of my soon to be peers. and names. I learned later after I got the job the the tour is the key to employmen with this Manager. If he liked you or the interview he give you a tour if the interview or pesonality was wrong no tour. Funny as I thought the interview did not go all that well and was putting it on the shelf of a learning experience and hopefully learn from my errors. But I must have done something right.
