Group zoom meeting. Skeptical. Guessing they "mass-hire" (accept every application to make you join a zoom meeting with people all over the nation). Choose to "join" team to meet with area recruiter.

None. Talked about what insurance they sold and possible commission and possible bonuses. Also, they try to give incentives to highest producer in sales etc...

Interview
1st Interview primarily focused on employee benefits and very little about what they actually do. It was just a meeting with 70 or so many people who may ask questions in a chat which the manager will answer as he chooses.
