Interview
You meet with an hr professional to chat about the position and they give you a take home assignment (fairly easy). In my experience I had a day with 2 virtual interviews- one with my direct manager and one with the director of opps. Super easy questions, they are situational and what you would do. No real wrong answers, just seeing how your brain works with issues. I would say the key there is to lead with empathy and have customer focused answers.

Interview
It was typical interview experience. Screening, 1 on 1 and Panel interview. It consisted of multiple interviewers all on the same session. It was split up into 30 minute sessions for each person so it seemed a bit long. There also was a written portion to submit so that was unexpected.

Information is constantly changing in an organization, and sometimes without updated training or clear process and during periods of high volume. Describe a similar experience you have had in a prior role and how you've managed through that period.

Initial recruiter screen took about 20min, role play interview that took about 30min, and then final interview with management team. 3 interviews back to back over a 90 minute period.

Interview
Interview was lengthy, multiple parts to it. However, each step was well explained. Tools and resources were given to help prepare for the process. You knew where things were going to head once you were finished with one part of the interview. Everyone was super communicative and super helpful.
