This consisted of a 6-person panel that lasted 4 hours. Many of the employees seemed friendly, they were ALL concerned with my willingness to work 60+ hours per week. 2 weeks after that, I received an email stating I didn't get the job.

      Anonymous interview candidate
      Dallas, TX
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Opendoor (Dallas, TX) in Jul 2018

      Interview

Did a phone interview with a recruiter and then was set up to do another phone interview with the hiring manager and college, IT lasted for 30 minutes and went very well. We had a great conversation and towards the end was told that someone would contact me to schedule an in person interview. The next day I received and email stating that the team decided not to proceed with the interview process. Whhhhaaaattttt???!!!! I totally do not understand how that was. This really shows what kind of company they are. How could the team decide that when I didn't speak with the team, They stated that the in person interview was in front of a team. Seems like they just do phone interviews so they won't be flagged by the EEO.
