Applied through Linkedin, Breezed through the recruiter call, was informed that the next step would be a call with a director the director emailed me a take home assessment without any prior notice (1st red flag) at 9:30pm (2nd red flag) Had an interview with the director where he told me "he wanted me to proceed to the second round" .However, I wanted to know more about the role since it was in HR analytics and wanted to have a 30 min chat. Was ghosted after that. They should realized that interviewing is a 2 way street. They arent hiring new grads anymore
