Phone call with a recruiter and in-person interview.
Two hour in-person interview at Waterloo office with two people in person along with two on a video call. The first part of interview was general questions about my background. Second part was a writing test which included writing something about myself, working with XMLstructures and writing a step-by-step procedure sample.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OpenText (Bengaluru)
Interview
Average interview process. They mentioned they would complete all the technical rounds in a single day. However, they wanted me travel again for the final round. I asked for a virtual interview. Post which they rejected me. I won't recommend this organization.
Written test - Very elaborate and it was little tough
Technical Interview - Mostly Easy
Managerial Round - Mostly Easy
Can't use Chatgpt and Other AIs for any work you do for the org
