Interview
VERY competitive. Nice people who provide nothing but positive feedback throughout the extremely lengthy interview process. Be sure to ask for constructive criticism after each round in order to gauge if you’re actually being considered or not
Multiple round interview. You meet with different members of the leadership team. The first rounds are very high level and as you progress through the interviews, the questions become more specific and situational.
