I completed three interviews: a screening, a technical interview (where I performed exceptionally well), and a final interview intended to cover advanced software architectural topics. However, the interviewer did not address these topics. Instead, they asked basic and irrelevant questions, such as "Where do you see yourself in five years?" and made dismissive comments about my experience with large projects. Despite my 15 years of experience managing a wide range of projects, including major e-commerce platforms for some of the largest companies in America, my extensive resume, and my well-documented skills endorsed by hundreds of developers, the interviewer questioned my qualifications. This was particularly frustrating given my strong performance in the technical interview. If you value your time and professional respect, I would advise against applying to this company.
