Open Doors Academy interview questions

There was a screening phone call and two interviews. The phone call was very simple and direct, asking a little personal history and to come in for an interview. The first interview was 1-1 with the then Education Director. The questions were very general and seemed to be geared towards figuring out my personality. The second interview was with the ED again and another person. Again, the questions seemed geared towards behavior, organization and work ethic.

Interviewd by two people, general questions, Inexperienced Interviewers. Alot of the questions were redudant , and they are questions that you hear on most job interviews. The process moves fast as you may be asked the next day to return for a second job interview. I started 5 days after my first interview and that includes weekends
