Open Cosmos Data Engineer interview questions

Dissapointed. Had 3 stages. An Interview with a challenge project and an Technical Interview which all went quite well. Got an email back after the Final Interview stating that I wasted their and the interview panel's time given that I didn't live in Europe , despite all three stages being conducted and Remote role being advertised. In general the interview process was good, but they did not mention they could only sponsor candidates from EU region for Remote roles as well, as I believe their company wanted somewhat of a Hybrid model . Super dissapointed , as I was ready to co-ordinate in their timezones but this crucial information was not asked for before/during the initial phases.
