Interview process, they were taken normally. If they want to any immediate recruiting, will hired immediate on 3 or 4 days.

Interview
It was an interview in IQ, Technical skills and interpersonal skills.
It took around 30 minutes or so, I believe it was focusing on the 3 parts equally (IQ....etc)
The Interviewer Mohamed El-Harty was very friendly and very professional and cooperative.
