There was a phone interview first which consisted of simple questions like what is your experience in customer service, how important is customer service to you, would you be agreeable to a flexible schedule (early mornings or late nights, 10+ hr shifts), and then I was called in for an in-person interview with the HR assistant and a Team Lead.
