Stilted, awkward, (on both sides admittedly, I was off my game as well). Interviewers (including an HR person) visibly nervous about DEI questions, which is a red flag for me. Maybe they just don't get many questions on that topic. First thing they asked was if I would be interested in a part-time/assistant position that they also had opening. I was expecting this since these positions usually go to internal hires. So it started off feeling like they weren't very serious about it.
