Applied through LinkedIn, got a call from HR then connected me to the vice president who interviewed me, then came in for the second interview which was more of a job site visit.

Why I want to pursue this industry, my experience and what I can bring to the table. Very conversational.
I was scheduled for an interview and they cut it short. It was during the COVID lockdown. The recruiter said she was let go and most of the department I was being recruited for.
