It started with basic introduction then they start testing my technical knowledge by asking the concepts like oops, mernstack, programming language etc form your resume this was technical round. After when i got shortlisted in it then one hr round was also conducted in which it started with simple introduction and then some questions that why you want to join and what you can add as a fresher and what skills you have on which projects have you worked and can you lead the team or not and that how many time you want to stay in the compony.

For software dev position when you got select they will tell you that we are not hiring software engineers for permanent, we first hire you as an intern for about 5k to 10k for 6 months and then if your performance will be good we hire you as a full time employee at 15k with 2 years bond.
