Applied through the university website online and got a call for a phone interview a few days later. The phone interview was around 5 mins and afterwards they asked for a face-to-face interview later. The face-to-face interview didn't really do anything, they didn't ask a lot of questions but rather described the role and what the company does. Then had a short practical test with the IT manager, but I wasn't asked anything hard and I only described how to do particular functions on excel, didn't actually do them. Got a call later that day saying I got the job.
